Always good to see Dr Aleem and Doreen at TKC. And it was good to meet the lovely Naz, who is both helpful and efficient.
TKC, both at Kensington and Knightsbridge, is a Goldilocks size practice....small enough to feel that the staff can get to know you (and you them), yet large enough to be well staffed and well equipped.

Every appointment I have at the Kensington Clinic is of the highest service and I cannot praise them enough. All the treatments I have had have been wonderful. Dr Aleem is amazing with his care and attention the dentist you definitely need. Doreen is the lovely Senior Dental Nurse puts you at so much ease and is so caring. I always receive the best treatment from Dr Aleem, Dr Anwar and the hygienists to which I am very grateful. Naomi the receptionist has a warm welcome when you arrive. Thank you to the whole team.

I have contacted The Kensington Clinic to find out if they are open for visiting our nursery to reinforce and teach further about Oral Hygiene.
De-Shreena, the Practice Manager replied to my email right away and we arranged a nursery visit. Sara, one of the clinic's dental hygienist came with a huge dental teeth demonstration model, a game and an amazing goodie bag to give out to each child.
The activities were age appropriate, lots of fun and Sara was super friendly, the children felt comfortable engaging in conversations with her. The children had so much fun while learning with age appropriate resources.
We are grateful for the time, the professionalism Sara brought in and the goodie bag!
Many thanks for making the circle time fun while learning from a professional. We are very grateful for your effort!

I would really recommend Sara to anyone looking for a new Hygienist . She is very friendly and knowledgeable and puts you at ease straight away.
Her work feels very professional and thorough whilst taking the time and care to ensure that the whole cleaning process is comfortable and pain free.
Sara also took time to thoroughly answer my many questions and concerns and offered a lot of guidance and advice for going forward.
Definitely deserves 5 stars.
Finally, a shout out to Naz on reception. Very welcoming , calming ( nervous patient) and professional as well.

I currently work in Madagascar and required Dental Care so I returned home to London for a few days and had two dental implants at TKC Dental in 2025. Dr Sheraz Aleem is certainly a professional - the procedure was carried out with the utmost gentleness par-excellence and updated equipment. I am scheduled for a third implant in June 2026, which I am confident will be done to the same standard.

The team, including the Hygienist, Elizabeth, Naz and Rumi, are absolutely brilliant too.

Well done TKC Dental!

I highly recommend TKC for quality Dental Care.

I’ve been a patient at The Kensington Clinic for many years and have visited for a wide range of dental treatments. I’ve always received excellent care, and the whole team has been consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every visit has been a very positive experience, and I always feel well looked after and completely confident in the care I receive. I would highly recommend The Kensington Clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

I registered with TKC in February 2026 to review whether I would be suited to Invisalign tooth and bite alignment. I was given more than just this treatment as whilst I had no issues with decay, I did require some periodontal treatment to ensure there would be no issues in the future with the realignment treatment. Despite one booking error, all interactions I’ve had with TKC have been positive and Naz in particular helped to resolve the administrative error really quickly, was supportive and gave a quick resolution. The whole team of dental, care and support professionals are extremely friendly and welcoming and put you at ease whether it’s a general check up or deeper treatment appointment.
